Support Elim Bible Institute

Elim is more than just an academic institution. It is also a place where students can experience transformation in every area of their lives as they are prepared for worldwide ministry. 

This opportunity for transformation wouldn’t be possible without the continued support of alumni and friends of Elim. There are several opportunities for you to stand with us in fulfilling the mission of Elim Bible Institute. Many have already partnered with us through our Gideon’s 300, Legacy Partnership, and Scholarship Fund Campaigns.

• Gideon’s 300:

In Judges 7:7 we see Gideon preparing to fight the Midianites in battle.  Through the Lord’s direction he raises up an army of 300 soldiers who will lead the Israelites to victory. Through the Lord’s direction, we also are endeavoring to raise an army of 300. As with any institution of higher learning, our main source of revenue is acquired at the start of each semester. The summer months prove to be a challenge as the work carries on without the revenue provided from the tuition and room & board of our students. Those who choose to become one of Gideon’s 300 will commit to giving at least $1,000 per year for the next 3 years. This money will provide the support needed to carry Elim through the summer months, as we prepare for the arrival of new and returning students.

• Legacy Partnership:

Ivan and Minnie Spencer founded Elim Bible Institute in 1924, with a vision to create a school that would prepare Christian workers for worldwide ministry. Sown into the very fabric of Elim’s identity were three interdependent values that continue today: seeking God daily, renewing the vision, and depending on God. It is out of this steadfast spirit that the Legacy Partnership was created.  A Legacy Partner is someone who stands with us in this same spirit, committing to give a set amount each month.

• Scholarship Fund:

Every year, finances prove to be an obstacle for many prospective students. Our scholarship fund was created to help alleviate this financial burden. Previous donations to the Scholarship Fund have played a large part in allowing some of our students to attend. We are looking for individuals that feel called to stand in the financial gap so that future students are able to move forward in their pursuit of ministry.
