  If this is a Maintenance Emergency please call (585) 732-9521. By submitting a work request you are granting our Maintenance Department permission to access your apartment to conduct the requested repair. We will notify you by the email submitted in the request at least 2 hours prior to our entry which will be between the hours of 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. Mon-Fri excluding Holidays.
