Alumni & Friends
Greetings! We are excited to announce that Elim now has an Office of Alumni Relations here on campus. This office is a vital foundation, giving framework to the Elim Alumni Association (EAA). Here are several new initiatives that we are taking to serve you!!!
- The Mission - The Mission of the Elim Alumni Association is: to foster and promote life-long relationships and communication between our former students and with the school. We will endeavor to promote the development of regional connections for fellowship and networking, and to enhance participation in the ongoing support of the mission of Elim Bible Institute.
- Alumni Chapters - The Office of Alumni Relations is looking to open 31 alumni chapters in 13 states and one in Ontario, Canada. The exact location of these proposed chapters can be viewed within the “Proposed Regional Chapters” below.
- Purpose of Chapters - Chapters will facilitate several networking events each year to develop a deeper level of community among alumni within each region. Over 82% of Elim’s Alumni are located within an hour or less of the proposed alumni chapters. We are currently looking for volunteers within each region to help develop and coordinate upcoming events. If you are interested in helping, please contact us at

- Alumni Website - We are also very excited to inform you of an interactive alumni website that is being created. Our goal is to have this online community up and running no later than the Spring of 2008. It is our expectation that this will open a gateway for communication between former students, alumni and staff who are working all over the world. Further information about the progress of this site will be coming soon. Also, please take the time to go online and update us with your current contact information, especially email addresses.
- Upcoming Event - Please save the dates of June, 26-28th, 2008 for Homecoming 2008: "Remembering the Past and Embracing the Future.” Malachi 3:16 says, "Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, and the Lord listened and heard them; so a book of rememberance was written before Him for those who fear the Lord and who meditate on His name.” This is a special time to come together in appreciation for the inheritance we have received, but most importantly to remember all that God is and His faithfulness to us. Remembrance 2008 will serve as the theme of our normally scheduled camp meeting and campers are welcome! We are inviting all alumni and friends to take the time to attend this special occasion. Life can become so busy with present and future needs that we forget all that God has done in and through us. Be sure to check our events page for more information, which will be coming shortly.
