A Note for Parents

"In many schools the deans are expected to function as disciplinary administrators. At Elim we are called to provide loving pastoral care and discipleship for each student that is enrolled in our program. Every student that comes to Elim is received on campus as a sacred charge and a special gift. Building on a foundation of previous parental and pastoral impartation, we seek to guide each student into a deeper personal relationship with Christ.

"As a parent I have raised grown children who have completed Elim's three year program. Because of that experience, I desire to provide every student with pastoral care that flows from a Father's heart. As deans, we desire to love the students in the way we would want our own sons and daughters to be loved if they were enrolled here. It is this kind of loving discipleship and pastoral care that prepares our students to be servant leaders, and releases them to fulfill God's call on their lives."
